    Welcome to the forums.

Go to the EVGA Home Page..Click on Member..Click on My Products, under My EVGA..From there you can register your card if you haven't already..Then go to How to submit an RMA/Guest RMA for further instructions and to see if it's still under warranty..In My Products, you can also click View Details of the card which will show the warranty, after it's registered.

There is also an EVGA Warranty Questions section of the forums you can refer to.

More details about what's going on with the card may be helpful because sometimes other PC components/software can make it appear that the card has failed when in reality it has not.

Time to dump out the piggy bank and get a better card. The GTX 660 is now the minimum for most recent games.

A shiney new GTX 1080 Ti will make gaming fun again.
