Hello all,

Please do not misunderstand me, I still think EVGA is the most decent manufacturer, with the most decent RMA system ever, but I would like to express a small complaint here.

We sent back a gtx 750 ti which died and received a faulty one. From PERSONAL experience, I have the feeling that the replacement card was just a re-flown one, as the fault is common in such cards: it gives extremely low resolution to start with until you install drivers when there is no image. We have tried re-flowing cards before and they might work fine for a while but then they will exhibit the above described fault or something similar after a while.

Now this must be sent back again, having to pay postage again, but at least EVGA RMA was extremely fast the first time...

Talk to evga support and they may be able to assist with return shipping. I do not believe the EVGA does reflow on their cards, but I also have never worked for them to verify that.

No, that's fine. I won't bother. A few ££ more won't make me poorer. EVGA RMA is already great and no other company offers anything similar in Graphics Cards and Motherboards. I only wanted to express an opinion.

Hi Kevin, honestly, many thanks for that. I have already sent the card. EVGA's RMA service is second to none. Many thanks for all you kind interest. I actually regret I opened this thread, as it doesn't do justice for the company.

I cannot speak for the RMA processes in all of our regions, but in most cases you will not be sent the same card that you sent in and re-flowing is not a process that is undertaken on the cards.
