I'm looking to buy the 150-HE-E097-KR - EVGA X99 FTW-K, and install an Intel Core i7-6850K Broadwell-E on it.
Looking at the BIOS compatibility chart it looks like I'll need an updated version of the BISO to get it working.
If I buy a new board from the EVGA store, will it come with the latest BIOS update?

Well, the boards aren't in stock at the moment and I'm not ready for buying just yet.
I was hoping one of you would know in case others have the same question.
People wanting to put an Intel Core i7-7800X Skylake-X on this board will have the same question.

Of course I will call if it comes time to buy and I still don't know.

The 7800X requires an X299 motherboard, and will not be compatible. The BIOS for the FTW K should come from the store with a BIOS capable of running a Broadwell CPU, although it won't necessarily be the most up to date version.

Now I'm really glad I asked. This is proving that I haven't been very thorough in my research.
    Thanks guys!
