I recently received my RAM replacement from Corsair Dominator Platinium 16GB 2x8GB 2666MHz. I put them in with the the two others. All is fine im playing videogames. But this morning i turn on my pc and nothig happen. I go check on forum and tried to check my RAM one by one. They all running well except one that show the Q-code 32. I wait, try some things, put it in pair, enable XMP profile 1, etc. It start to run so i decid to put the three others. All seems to go further but now it show the Q-code A2 that im stuck with since like 20 mins. When i turn on it goes directly into the bios. At this point i realy dont know what do do and i find no answers. Im realy not the type who is good in that.

Have you tried to set your memory manually?

Try to set your memory manually to see if it helps resolve your issue.

The frequency, timings & voltage set inside the BIOS should match the JEDEC stickers on the sides of your RAM modules...

If it alternates between 34 and 35 you're likely seeing your CPU temperature, which means the motherboard posted successfully. If you're unable to see any video, I would recommend removing your video card and connect to the iGPU. This will help determine if the problem may be related to your graphics card or some other component.

Unfortunately I have seen this happen, and means that Windows will likely need to be re-installed. You may, however, be able to adjust some settings in Boot and still be able to save your Windows installation. The most common cause is that the drive was originally installed as a legacy OS, and the motherboard is set to boot into UEFI.

Glad it worked out but sorry you lost stuff. Windows has me backing up pretty often as I had to reinstall Windows 10 after one of the major patches a while ago. Luckily it saved all my important files and pictures but losing my programs was an unexpected pain.

Ever since I had Windows 10 literally commit suicide after an automatic update (BSOD loop) I made sure it would never happen again. I take nightly snapshots of my PC using EaseUS Todo Backup Free and store them on my NAS. It's never failed me in restoring an image and I trust it over the Windows built in backup and restore system.
