Title says so. Tried every version from the lowest until 6.1.16
 
Already enable it from the settings of PXOC
Already Excluded on my AV
Every Time I need to manually start it from its shortcut.
This problem just started 2 days ago

Well my last Windows update was on Sept 14.
Doing the 2nd part right now.

Yeah, quite possibly, and I think maybe so..Never had the issue here though..Maybe try changing some EVGAPrecisionX task settings in Task Scheduler and see how it works..You can 'Configure for: Windows 10' in the General tab..You can 'Enable All Tasks History' by selecting 'Task Scheduler (Local)' at the top-left and then from the 'Action' dropdown and see if and what errors are recorded in the EVGAPrecisionX History tab (that's normally disabled) when the problem arises again.

Don't know what to tell you, it's been an ongoing problem for some people. 

I'm having the same problem. It started happening after I updated the Fall Creators Update.

Gone through all of this and posted it in another thread as well. None of this works, unfortunately. I've even made my own scheduled tasks without success. It loads at startup with my task, but doesn't load my settings.

I've had the same problem for about a week, Tried all the fixes here nothing worked, finally went back to version 6.2.2 and I'm no longer seeing the issue.
Of Course now I have to figure out how to stop it from asking me to upgrade, changing it in the settings doesn't seen to work. 

I have had this problem ever since I got Windows 10 3 years ago.  It doesn't matter how you set it up to start with Windows (registry hacks, from the program, etc), nothing works for an extended period.  I have noticed that it will stop "auto starting" shortly before EVGA releases an update.... how convenient.  I am never buying EVGA again just because in order to even get the fans turned on for normal use requires XOC to be running.  I have been playing games assuming that the graphics cards are working as intended... you know fans spinning and what not, only to abruptly find out that the XOC software didn't start with windows, the fans have not been going at all, and my GPU is so hot that I start to be able to smell it.  Then my computer just shuts down, or the screen goes black, it pretty much breaks.  That is absolute BS.  It is like they have purposefully prevented the hardware from controlling when the fans are on or not and are entirely dependent on software to turn the fans on... good job on doing it the hard way.... .  EVGA graphics cards are not worth the ridiculous amount they charge and I will never use it again and tell everyone I know to avoid it at all costs.  I used to like EVGA, then I started using their products and found out how bad they are.  I had a power supply just crap out on me recently... it was EVGA.  Their quality sucks, get something else, anything else will be infinitely better.

If you would like, you can get in contact with me via PM, and I can try to help you resolve any issue you have with Precision XOC. I assure you, we do not prevent, or change any software settings from our end. It seems merely coincidence that the program does not start when windows boots prior to an update.

I have tried just about everything the internet has to offer. I have added it to my startup folder, created a task for it, changed the permissions, changed user permissions, etc etc. Still it won't open for me. The task says "The requested operation needs elevation"
I have googled this and tried everything too. Those didn't work for me.

So i had the same problem. Did some research and got it to work. 
I went to the PXOC.exe properties, andvanced, and ticked the 'start as administrator' button.
I also unchecked the "read only" box of the profiles folder. This can be done by going to your EVGA PrecisionX folder, Right click the "Profiles" folder and select properties. Then uncheck the "only read" button at the bottom. If it doesnt work, repeat the process.

If you really really want Precision to start with Windows and it simply won't no matter what, you can Create a Basic Task for it in Task Scheduler Library and set it to run at logon and you also must set it to run with highest privileges..That should do it.
 
But first try right-clicking the Precision desktop shortcut, then Properties, then in the Compatibility tab, select to Run this program as an administrator.

Is Windows 10 Fast Startup Off, when upgrading drivers, firmware or hardware ? (Fast Startup Off - prevents cold boot)
 
Full power flush, shut down, unplug wait for LEDs to go off, hold start button 30 sec, plug back in & reboot
