Hello guys, recently I got my FTW3 1080Ti from amazon.es and i want to step it up to the ELITE FTW3. Can I send the card to EVGA and pay the additional cost for the process? The card is unopened in its box and I really consider to send it back to amazon for a refund and buy the ELITE.
All i want to know is if the elite is available for all customers or ELITE evga members only.

Elite with 12Ghz memory is available to everyone. There is no “step up” through EVGA, if you want the Elite card your only option is returning your current card to Amazon and ordering the Elite. Make sure it’s the correct one, as EVGA (confusingly) offers two “FTW3 Elite” variants, so make sure to specifically get the one that has the 12Ghz memory clock. Hope this helps!

Like Notwist said, Step-up for Elite cards is not possible.
IMO, I would return it, and spend a little more in the ELITE card, if I were in your situation.

Thanks for the response. I couldn't find the elite in the European amazon market and EVGA don't have them available. Only EVGA sells these cards or can I find them in other stores-markets? Otherwise a full refund to amazon and buy it from EVGA when it's available.

Yeah, I know that, but I am a European resident, so I can't order from US without paying taxes and customs.

Only EVGA sells the Elite Versions. If you come to find any other place selling, most probably it's from a 3rd party seller.

those are the only colors for the new elite ftw 12ghz models correct? New egg doesn't carry the standard elite though

It looks like the only FTW3 Elite 12ghz memory models are in black or white. Newegg does not have the standard 11ghz Elite cards with the different color variants of shrouds.
