Currently running with the XOC bios, but on Overclock.net i saw a post about a 1.27v bios.
It's not recommended for 24/7 use, but i mostly game about 6-10 hrs a day and ofc it's not always running at 1.27v, but about 75% of the time.
Still safe for daily use? Since i wanna break that 2200MHz wall
I am currently pulling between 350 and 520Watts out of my graphics card, and i don't know if my 2x8pin can handle much more.
For my system specs, check signature

Two 8-pins can do 288w each for a total of 576w.

Oh?? That's good, i thought about 150w max per 8 pin
Second question though, is a 1.27v bios safe enough for 6-10hr gaming periods with 75% of the time at about max useage.

Anything over 1.093v is at risk of degrading the card faster than stock.

I am aware of that, but that is not my concern. My biggest concern is the max voltage i can put on it for a very long period without having a big risk.

Yeah, and my point is anything over 1.093v is a big risk. The higher you go the higher the risk.

+1, not worth the risk for a few more MHz IMO.

Tried the xoc bios on my 1080 ti kingpin...

1080 ti kingpin with xoc vbios @ stock clocks(1999/5508) @ 8k preset in unigine superposition = 4546 score
1080 ti kingpin wtih xoc vbios @2100/6008 @ 8k preset in unigine superposition = 4812 score.
1080 ti kingpin with extreme watercooling oc vbios @ stock clocks(1987/5508) @ 8k preset in unigine superposition = 4939 score

xoc bios isn't good at all. The xoc bios makes it seem like your gpu is overclocking well when it really isn't.

Hmm... can you share your K|NGP|N bios with me? Or is that a no-go with the FTW3? Else i would like to test that one out.

The bios is an official vbios from kingpin & tin. It won't work the the FTW3.

Unfortunate, well i just stick to that XOC bios since i manage to get a higher OC with it.
