Steam or Activision has to be drunk.  Almost 5 year old game.

I'm not seeing what makes this any different than everything else Activision?

Not surprised by this in the least. Even Amazon is selling the digital version for $60 though you can get a physical copy for $27 from Amazon directly other places probably sell the physical copy for much less. For some reason Activision thinks Call of Duty games are like magical money makers so they don't reduce the price much same goes for GTA games that don't really drop in price for digital versions over time. Even physical copies can still defy the normal decrease over time.

Reminds me of when the CoD games go on "sale". They always make it the "Ultra Deluxe Mega Stupendous Awesome Edition" with all the DLC. I haven't been able to get in to multiplayer for CoD games since the first. The last few CoD games, I have actually been interested in playing the single player for a cheap price, but Activision is making it difficult to do so.
