Recently i have noticed a lot of replies from mods on this forum is just them spamming their affiliate codes a little more professional guys

Where are you seeing this, as I believe you are viewing their signature, and assuming they are posting it. If you are viewing their signature, that isn’t spam. And since there are not a “lot of mods” you are probably just seeing their signature and assuming that they are posting it as spam.

Signatures aren’t spam. And the mods here have never spammed their affiliate codes.

Lastly, abbreviating vulgar language is against the terms of service, which can be found at the top of the general discussion forum, where this post belongs.

------------------------------------------

P.S. Thank you for posting in the wrong section, as it made it obvious where your posts were that you are indirectly referring to.. Below, you will see two red arrows, and both of them have "signatures" under them.  These "Signatures" are attached to each post, unless you go into your own user settings, and turn them off.  If you don't want to see someone's affiliate code, please feel free to go into the top right of the screen and edit your settings.

Follow these three steps in order to turn off signatures.

I ran out of room in my Signature, so I put my code in my Location on the Left.
Location: Colorado Affiliate Code:
               E5L3CTGE12
I give most MODS a Buck or Two and see nothing wrong with MODs or even the EVGA Teach posting their Affiliate Codes.
How else would we be able to give them credit for their support here on the EVGA Forums?

If your friend, relative or even a stranger is thinking about upgrading their system you now have some more incentive on top of knowing they will get a quality product.  For every product that is registered with your affiliate code you will receive two (2) EVGA bucks, but more importantly you will be entered into a drawing to be randomly selected for a huge prize!

Hey there is nothing wrong with posting code, however not every post was my thought. Now i realize the codes are embedded, the story is different.

You can definitely turn them off, like I mentioned above. Some people don’t like seeing signatures at all. I am on mobile 95% of the time, so I never see them, lol.

You can click edit for the first post, and change the title. Just put (Resolved) or “question about affiliate codes (resolved)” and it will be easier :-) the mods won’t delete the threads right away, they usually just lock them or leave them be. No need to delete them usually.

I don’t normally have my affiliate code up anymore. There are some truly awesome people on here that could use the evga bucks to upgrade. BCav is a great example. He is always around helping, so I would suggest his code :-)

EVGA moderators already earn evgabucks along with other perks each month.

I have no problem with them posting Affiliate code. I use Ublock origin to remove Affiliate banner.

You don't like Jessica? LOL!     I'm just a big fan of hers, and I like having her in my sig, and my offline avatar. I also have a couple pics of her on the wall. Anyway, glad you figured out what was going on. Also, anyone can use my code if you feel I'm doing a good job as a Mod, or I have helped someone out.
