I have the 1080ti sc2 and i want to water cool it.  (11G-P4-6593-KR).  Can I use the EVGA GTX 1080 Ti SC HYBRID 400-HY-5598-B1 kit.  The site says that my model number is included, however it says reference height models so I wasnt sure as my card isnt a reference card.

Thanks!!

    Yup.
The 400-HY-5598-B1 kit would be the proper kit for your card.

Just to make clear, it does have the same REFERENCE HEIGHT as other models, not REFERENCE DESIGN (ex. Founders Edition model would be a different Hybrid Kit, and FTW3 another kit as well due Height difference and component placement).

    Case: Asus Z370-G Box / MB: Asus Z370-G / CPU: Intel I7 8700K / Mem.: 16GB (2x8) 3000Mhz Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR4 / GPU: GTX 1080TI FTW3 / A.I.O. W.C: EVGA CLC280 / PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA G3 750W

So just to clarify, does that mean that the EVGA Founders Edition is slightly different to other brand FEs? For example, could the 400-HY-5598-B1 be used with a Galax 1080Ti Founders Edition? (Specifically "galax dot com"/en/graphics-card/10-series/galax-geforcer-gtx-1080-ti-founders-edition.html)? Or are all "Founders Edition" 1080Ti's exactly the same?

All Founders Edition features the same PCB and components positioning (at least they are supposed to be the factory made model).
So, this shouldn't be an issue for fitting in any other brand F.E.
