Hi, I opened a rma case due to the failure of f my GTX970, after some days on process without receiving any information I contacted EVGA support on September 15th, they told me that my replacement GPU was sent on September 12th and that there is no tracking information until it arrive to my country and that they will contact me then. As today I haven't been contacted nor I can track the GPU and the RMA process have been closed. The rma number is (RMA number deleted), How can I be sure that my GPU replacement have been sent if I can't track the package or the process? (title updated Cool GTX)

Hi, I've already check there and this is what I get: "You currently do not have any open RMAs. You can , or if you should have an open RMA and it does not show here you can directly." This is the last information I got from EVGA: RMA ID: 663966RMA Number: 542117917750 RMA Received: Received On: 9/8/2017 Shipped From EVGA: Shipped On: 9/12/2017 - Tracking Number: Shipping Out Option Selected: SkynetPart Number Out: 06G-P4-6264-KRNext Step: RMA Complete

My Products and check on the Product that you sent in your RMA. Check you Junk Mail folder as well. Contact EVGA as the Forums are not really a Support Forum only a Public Forum. Contact Us Are you in the US?

I open this post because I did all those things you mention and there is no information about my GPU. I've contacted EVGA recently and they didn't answer me, so I was hoping that someone in the forums had a similar experience and could give me some advice.

No, I live in Colombia and they told me that the Latam EVGA team would be in charge of my case. I have try to contact them recently but haven't got a response yet.

Thank you for taking the trouble, I'have already receive the same reply as before. I don't get why EVGA sent the GPU without a tracking number, there is no way to Know if it reach my country or is indeed in customs...

Hey, im having the same issue, i dont have a tracking number and im a bit worried. How did the shipping of the replacement end for you? Did you get a tracking number?

I didn't get the tracking number but the GPU did arrive so, all good, just a matter of patience I guess..
