I have windows 10 and sometimes NCP simply wont open. any thoughts?

    Uninstall the driver and reinstall?

    Is Win 10 "busy" running background apps at the time ? Indexing, Drive scan or Win update
     
    Are you logged in as Admin ?
     
    Some sort or response required - popup not seen ---> "do you want to allow this program....."

    I reinstalled the latest NVidia driver and updated the bios on the mobo. seems my OS drive wasn't being detected. hope this works. time will tell....
