As title.
I noticed that GeForce Experience does not boot anymore on my Windows 10 system.

I don't get alerts about new release of GFExperience or new drivers.
How can I fix this?

Wow, first time I heard of someone wanting the G-force experience to be there and working.

Something went funky with mine recently when I updated precision without closing out of apps. Save your self the headache and do this cause it tends to be the fix for most of GFE's issues if the standard reinstall doesn't work.
 
Download the latest Drivers https://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/123936 (assuming your win 10 64bit)
 
Download the latest GFE https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/geforce-experience/ 
 
Download DDU https://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/display-driver-uninstaller-ddu-v17075-released 
 
Use DDU to prevent windows auto driver download boot into safe mode and let DDU clear out all Drivers and GFE cache. Once It's done install the latest drivers don't check GFE if it's an option you will install that via the standalone install after your drivers are installed. Hopefully, this resolved your problem.

Lol, I was goin to say sorry to hear that to the OP but I wont help you fix that atrocious piece of malware. Plus its on win 10 so double whammy!!!

Are you sure you're just not confusing the removal of the system tray icon with it not working? They got rid of the tray icon about a month ago but it still runs in the background and alerts about driver updates.

Yup. That threw me for a loop as well, but I noticed the UI kept coming up when gaming. I wish they'd kept the tray icon because I find that easier to use than setting up a shortcut on the desktop.

Im sorry Eye, I didn't mean that it was truly malware, although Im not a fan of the telemetry it provides, but what I meant as malware was that the gaming community in general considers it a crappy app that will conflict with game settings and crash your rig more than it could ever help your rig, plus it seems to conflict with some drivers. Sorry if that confused you.

Lol, YES!!! New Tech term invoked.

GFE crashes everytime I launch it on my laptop.  It is abysmal at the driver updates also.   I am better off doing a clean driver install manually.
