How to underclock gtx560 SuperClocked?

Im having some issues if my gpu: not responding and or flashing for some seconds then back.
Only thing i did notice is that it tends to happen only at summer year to year... 
So i did download Precision XOC to underclock it and improve fan speed.
I did suceed improving fan speed but no success underclocking. Is it possible at this precision version or should i download an older version or any other app for this?

    Hmmm ic...
    So precision isnt the best deal even for evga cards? =/

    For underclocking anyway...
     
    In xoc I can only underclock the gpu core by -200 & the memory by -500. In afterburner I can underclock the gpu core by -400 & memory be -500.

    I need to under both by 50mhz only but it dont save at all... Msi afterburner have options for fan curve too? If yes im downloading it and forgetting about precision
