Hey, so I'm having an issue with my single fan gtx 950 SC and PrecisonXOC and Afterburner.
So, the card's normal fan profile (What it does when PXOC and Afterburner aren't active) is that the fan is off if it's under 60c, and it maxes out at or under 2k RPM and 80C, and my card stays at boost 24/7 when it does that.
However, when PXOC or Afterburner are open, the fan is ALWAYS on, at or above 1500rpm, whether it's under 60 or not, and the fan maxes out at 100% fan speed (3600~rpm) and goes straight up to 90c and starts throttling down to under 1GHZ.
This happens even when I tell afterburner and PXOC to use the default fan curve. Why does this happen? What can I do to fix it?

So using precision/afterburner makes your card run at 90c/throttle? If yes, then it sounds like you don't need to run any software at all. Max allowed temp for a 950 is 95c.

Yes, but why do both softwares do it? Even EVGA's own PrecisionX, which is advertised along side this card?
