Will hooking up a Hybrid product to an existing water system harm the warranty?
I am talking about just hooking up new hoses to a much better cooler system.

    No, as long as you can return it as it was shipped to you so hold on to all the Org Parts.
    Cutting the Org Tubes of the Hybrid Pump will Void your Warranty.
    Putting on a new Water Block or Pump is OK.
