That's a pretty awesome build you got starting here, looking forward to seeing it finished. Copper is the only way to go with rigid tubing imho.
looked into doing copper but would had to send it out to be plated and connectors were a pain to find ones that looked good. ended up going with alphacool brass hard tubes, but they be thick

You may have to anneal the brass before bending - hope you bought extra
I see lots of polishing required after the heat treatment

Take your time on this one Quad and do it right. Im sure the urge is there to just git r done but the details are what make a great build fantastic, and this one sounds like it could be going there.  It takes as long as it takes brotha!!

just a little preview, routing is pretty much laid out just need to bend some tube now.  future plan is for a new gpu with a water block, Hopefully a Kingpin to help clean up the wiring

I see lots of polishing required after the heat treatment
no heat required, just the right bender. i will say that you can't bend 10mm id/ 12mm od tubes with out them kinking unless you heat them and get a special bender, but i used 10/13mm and it went fine. will be posting the finished product soon, i have to say i think it looks pretty awesome.

Looking forward to seeing the finished hard lines picture of the pile of scrap / spare brass is optional  I've bent some brass before but mostly SS lines, not for PC use though
