I recently installed a 1080 SC into my system and everything was good. Performance was great but I wanted some more control over the fan curves. So I decided to use Precision Xoc. Prior to installing Precision Xoc, I was getting 144 fps on Rocket League. After installing Precision Xoc, my frames were eternally locked at 134. I have a 144hz screen so this kind of gets to my OCD side. Even after uninstalling the program my frames are locked... I realize its only a 10 frame difference but I paid a lot of money for this setup and I would prefer not to be reminded of tiny hiccups or inconsistencies every time I see my frames.

Edit: I am sorry if this is in the wrong thread. Please forgive and tell me if I am wrong. Thank you for your time.

Welcome to the EVGA Forums

After removing Precision OCX did you load a different OC software ? (MSI Afterburner)

What OS ?

What are your settings in Nvidia Control Panel ?

Which Nvidia Driver are you using ?

Welcome to the forums..I'd delete the Precision XOC leftovers in the Program Files (x86) folder..Then run Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) using the Safe Mode reboot option to remove the NVIDIA Graphics Driver and any optional components..Then perform a Custom (Advanced) install of the latest NVIDIA driver, selecting to only install PhysX along with the Graphics Driver, and roll from there with a fresh driver install..You can install any other optional driver components later if wanted..If you have any games optimized with GeForce Experience, I would revert them before running DDU, reconfigure them later..Another version of Precision XOC might work better for you.
