Bruno Gulotta of Tom's Hardware was a victim of the latest terrorist attack in Spain. My condolences to his family, friends, and fans.

Is this a dig saying the west does nothing? If so..the U.S. alone has spent 6 trillion thus far from the IRAQ/afghanistan/middle east wars/conflicts. Over 1 million soldiers injured and nearly 7,000 killed.  Not to mention all the lives/money/effort in fighting isis/isil/al qaeda/al shabaab as well as training and arming soldiers in Northern Africa and the middle east.

How much more would you like the US/West to do? We can only drop so many bombs. These sleeper cells/lone wolf attacks/inspired attacks are nearly impossible to predict and stop.

At any rate, its another terrible event that resulted in innocent people dying in the name of a religion and/or ideology.

In this case the Spanish authorities were able to identify a second group of terrorists and killed them before a second such act was committed.

Yep they did. They also killed the last remaining suspect who was on the run.
