1050ti SC 4GB fps in-game issues

Hello, i bought this gpu 6 days ago. Its been performing not as well as i hoped and saw on other benchmarks. GTAV 40 fps average optimal settings shouls be getting atleast 60 all the time. H1Z1 KoTK low settings, launch options edited for fps and i average 55 to 60 fps which is lower than expected considering Ive had to changed Nvidia control panel settings aswell. Watchdogs optimal settings 35 fps average. Should get atleast 50 on here. Very unhappy from the performance on a gpu that ive had for 6 days. Any help would be amazing. Thanks.

Evga 1050ti SC 4gb
8GB ram
500w psu

( all i know from memory )

    What is the CPU load on all cores (not average) and what is the GPU load when playing games?

    Optimal settings? Don't optimize your games with GFE (Geforce Experience).
