Where does it go if you want to run 2 per gpu? <max_concurrent>#</max_concurrent>

 
You really do not need it anymore for what I have been seeing.
Using <gpu_usage>0.5</gpu_usage> take care of running 2 Tasks Per GPU.

Still Testing, But it seems even Intel run best with HT Off.
