X58 SLI CLASSIFIED unlisted POST code

Hello community,
 
The X58 SLI CLASSIFIED motherboard has an unlisted POST code, which is shown in the attachment (sorry I don't know how to type the POST code in text). The POWER button's LED is off, and the RESET button is yellow (not blinking).
 
The issue happened when I tried to install two Nvidia GPUs into the motherboard, and I smelled something burned. After that, my computer can not boot properly.  
 
I followed some common procedures to find out the causes of the issue, and search over the internet, but still do not how to solve the issue. Can anyone shed some light on this issue. If any information necessary is missing in this thread, please let me know. Any input is welcome. Thank you.

    Thank you for providing me the links. I called the service number and the motherboard has a hardware issue. I will buy a new motherboard to replace the old one.
