Missing DLL files

Lost Win10  and happy it's gone. Re-installed Win7 64 bit and happy until re-installed Precision XOC. Cannot open it..get "...XXXX.dll not installed on your computer", yet Windows asays I have all DirectX and updates installed. Is there a quick fix?

    Basically, finish your windows update to get all of the distributor packages such as .NET Framework etc and you will have no problems.

    Also try updating Direct from Microsoft's website
