Arma 3 Star Orbs

I have an 1080SC. Playing Arma 3 and Apex. The stars in the game look like glowing orbs rather than stars. My daughters computer is running a lower end EVGA but the stars look normal. Does anyone know what setting would cause this ?

    Turn down the Bloom setting maybe?
    I have it set very low and Blur settings all the way off.
    Maybe try adjusting the HDR setting?
     
    I'm not at home to test but the stars look fine for me.
    I have bloom set to 10 or 20, blur settings all the way off.
    Everything else cranked up to max (except view distance) on the rig in my Mods Rigs

    Tried those and no change. I am running 5760x1080 and though maybe that was causing it but when I changed it to single monitor 1920x1080 its still there.  Attached screenshot. It is crop from 5760x1080. You can see what is suppose to be the moon I guess, or a planet. Some of the stars look as big. Just way to much haze around the stars.It never seems to look as bad in the screenshot but is very noticeable and distracting in the game.

    Try reducing depth of field?
    Make sure all mods are disabled to help rule that out.
    That's all I can think of.
     
    Almost 1000 hrs in ARMA 3 and I haven't run into this issue (not that there aren't 1000 other issues with ARMA).
