Hey guys I am running a single 1070 on my rig with oc 6700k and it draws 230w at the wall. I would assume that adding another 1070 would add another 200w tops in sli bridge. Anyone have this setup and running ok on a 650? Or is my meter lying?

Realistically you should be completely fine. The 1070 pulls about 150w under a full load and you may see as much at 400w from the wall, but still well below the rating of the PSU.

Your meter is probably completely correct if it plugs into the wall and measures wall power. My system with an overclocked i5 and overclocked 1080 Ti pulls about 380w from the wall.

It's good to see SLI power requirements dropping down so nicely these days. Now if you go with an AMD Vega card, it kinda looks like those power requirements go back up a bit. :)

Have you tried using any of those online power supply requirements calculators? Seasonic has a nice one on their site, but there several good ones out there.
