Hello all, so basically i built a new rig but the problem is whenever i play players unkown battleground the game stutters every second, i would like to know why is it doing that? Everything i have is up to date.

Specs -
Intel 7700k
Gigabyte ultra gaming z270 rev1
Memory 16gb TridentZ "dont remember the speed"
GTX 1080 FTW
Evga PSU 750w
2 HDD
1 SSD Agility 4 64gb for OS
1 960 Evo M.2 512gb = PUBG is installed here by it self and nothing else.

Do #1 & #2 listed here to see if it helps fix the problem. Check cpu temps while playing pubg if you continue to have stutters after doing #1 & #2.

already have a clean boot windows 10, this computer is literally empty. but i will do that and will update you ASAP!

Can you unplug your HDDs for testing? Did you set a decent sized pagefile? Another thread just reminded me that people are still disabling their pagefiles, when they shouldn't.
 
Do you see the HDD activity LED going every second with the stutter?
 
Do you have Precision X or MSI Afterburner installed? If so, try logging the data to see if there's anything that might indicate why you're having stutter.
