    You're running the Titan Xp in SLI on x16/x16 and comparing it to a 1080Ti in SLI on x8\x8. Tomb Raider is also one of the rare gems that has a 80%+ scaling in SLI so it's no surprise that your rig is beating Paul's, even with his quad core pushing 5.1GHz. The difference is your rig cost over $3500 whereas Pauls cost around $1000 cheaper for a difference of 15 FPS, around the 12% mark.

    I think his average was for syria only. I got 116.53 on syria. The difference between x16 & x8 is like 1-3%.
