I see the EVGA Z170 Classified K has 1 CHA_Fan header that is smart controlled.

My question is the AUX_Fan and PWR_Fan and Sys_Fan can these be smart controlled too in the settings?

Or if possible have the PWR_Fan work with if CPU is 60C or greater run at 100% and if its 30c-59c run at 30%?

I use all noctua PWM fans.

No, the only smart fan headers are the two CPU headers and the CHA header. SYS, PWR, AUX while they support both DC and PWM, do not support smart control therefore can only be set to a static value. Noctua fans are low power draw so you can safely use two way splitters on the smart headers without overloading them. Rule of thumb is to not exceed 1 Amp on a fan header.

Yes, the two CPU fan headers can be configured separately. One of my front intakes is on CPU2_FAN

The other headers will follow the setting for the smart headers, which you can then control either in the bios or with speedfan.

On the EVGA Z170? No, they do not. Only CPU, CPU2 and CHA have smart capability. The others (PWR, SYS, AUX) are set to a static value irrespective to what you have set for smart settings.
