This is still in the works but here's what I've got so far. New parts; ASRock X370 Taichi motherboard AMD Ryzen 7 1700X cpu Patriot Viper DDR4 3200MHZ 16GB Sleeved cables for my EVGA 1000G2 PSU IDK what else, it's been a long day. I did test this cpu, mb, and memory on a carbdboard box before installing; I want no surprises lol. Recycled parts: Corsair 900D case HW labs 420GTS and 360 GTX radiators Alphacool D5 PWM pump with Bitspower Ztank XSPC Raystorm Pro cpu block -with AM4 adaptor kit. EVGA 1080TI with EK waterblock. Half lightbox for the case and most of the fans. So...on to the pictures :) Stripping out the parts to clean up. I made a small modification to get my 360 rad up front by doing a little cutting. :) Yes, I know it might look cleaner on the bottom where I had it before but I wanted a change so away we went. And that's as far as I got today after tearing down, cleaning, cutting, installing, testing the mb, cpu, and memory, then installing the cpu waterblock, mounting the mb, the reservoir/pump, and lightbox and that one lonely piece of tubing lol. The rest I'll start on tomorrow. It was a long day of doing this.

You and me both! I was hoping to get done today but that didn't happen.
I need to install the 1080TI, sound card, backup ssd, finish the tubing and then install the new cpu cables.
After that it's just leak testing and done!

Many people want EVGA X370 Motherboard... Or EVGA X399 with HUGE socket. That would be awesome motherboard. Your pump/reservouir look great. I would build in same style.

I"m kind of elated and upset at the same time now! I'm elated because the build is done and it's running fine with the memory at 3200mhz but no overclocking yet. I'll be picking rjohnson11's brain on that one soon :) The reason I'm upset is when I was moving the case into my office I guess I pulled on the very tiny and thin wires for the LEDs in the lightbox and tore one of them . Consequently, the white LEDS for the box are not on and the case looks dim and dark without that. The worst part is I have to remove the reservoir (due to the way I built this) to access the LEDS in the lightbox...so that's going to wait for a while. That means I'd love to show you better pictures but you're not going to get them right now Anyway, on to the pics!

Thanks, but it's actually distilled water in there. It's red tubing; you can the primary colors and a few more in tubing besides clear.

Well, the recycling of parts bit me in the behind yesterday. I came home to a large leak of the reservoir and it turns out water was leaking out of one of the 1/4" thread plugs on the side of the pump top and from between the pump top and the reservoir plate. I scrounged around and found spare 0-rings and got them all replaced and put everything back together. The only problem I have now is one of the screws is not biting to lock down all the way. So far it's not leaking but I ordered a new pump top anyway. At least it gives me a chance to change the cpu to reservoir tubing when I do that.

Heh, thanks! l changed out the o-rings on the reservoir base and the pump top but it turns out one of the screw holes is a little stripped so the reservoir base won't secure snugly on one corner to the pump top which allows air in = no good. I ordered a new base and pump top which will arrive today so I'll tinker some more this weekend.

Okay, I finally got around to taking a few pics with an actual camera The only change I've done since the last post was adding an EK M2 heatsink; mainly for aesthetics. It does take about 9C off the M2 NVME drive temps, but they weren't bad before. Previously, at idle it would b 47C and under moderately heavy work load it was 59. Now it's 39C idle and and 49C under moderately heavy work load. Anyway, on to the pictures! These have only been cropped, so you can see what difference it makes taking pictures with a real camera. Edit: forgot one last picture :)
