Last week I placed an order using the diy configurator. "ELIMINATE THE NEED TO HUNT FOR DEALS ON YOUR FAVORITE EVGA PARTS AND TO TRACK MULTIPLE PACKAGES. ALL COMPONENTS ARRIVE SIMULTANEOUSLY, MINIMIZING DELAYS". I assumed this quote from the configurator page to be true until I received what I was told is box 1 of 2 early today Friday, and was told the other box which should contain my case should arrive on Monday. A little worried as I'm now getting no information from tnt tracking it just says partial delivery. Sorry if this is in wrong section not sure where is appropriate. Is this normal and should I just wait or does it seem like tnt lost the case or something

    Hello Weldy, and welcome to the forums! It's difficult at this point to say what happened; the case may have been placed on a different truck when leaving the sorting facility, or some other innocuous problem caused a delay. I will, however, be sending you an e-mail so we can help clear this up.
