No Updates on RMA

Hello,
 
Relatively new to RMAs and whatnot. I had a card gifted to me from a twitch viewer, and it's now unfortunately failed. I've started the RMA process, sent it in, UPS says it's been signed for, but I haven't had any other emails concerning the status of the RMA or testing of the card. It was a 980ti Kingpin, would I be getting the same card back just repaired, or a refurb? Thanks again EVGA, appreciate the help!
 
Also, I will fully admit, this could just be me jumping the gun and being impatient. It's just concerning shipping 600 bucks worth of card somewhere :)

    Hello ph1lt0r, and welcome to the forums! I show that your card was received yesterday, and thus we should be shipping a replacement within 1-3 business days; the replacement should be another 980 Ti Kingpin. If you have any other questions, please let us know.

    One last question. Is it possible to pay for faster shipping? I'm a streamer, and I keep having to swap my wife's 970 into my machine on my stream nights. I'd gladly pay for overnight or two day if possible. I wasn't sure how that worked. Thank you once again for all your help!

    Unfortunately at this point there is no option for upgrading the shipping as this is too far along in processing. We will have this out to you as quickly as possible. I apologize for any inconvenience having to swap cards with your wife's computer!

    Now you have to decide if you should be a pirate or ninja when you steal the card from the wives computer. Pirate you get to tell her and say that it's gonna happen or you can go ninja and just sneak it out without her knowing.

    Would it be possible to combine the two into some sort of Secret Agent? If I had to choose between the two, Pirate... due to the swashbuckling!
