Tuxedo.

CL will clock better, they are now using 14nm++ instead of 14nm+ with KabyLake.
I hope you are joking with water cooling? Intel will probably use the standard toothpaste again - you will have to delid the cpu first.

Pretty sure he is referring to water cooling, you know...at minimum an all in one closed loop cooler from the likes of Corsair, NZXT etc. And yeah, Intel better allow Mobo vendors to support Coffee Lake for no other reason than not doing it is a scum bag move on their part at a time when they should be doing as much as possible to please users.

Alas, I am glad I have not yet pulled the trigger on a new proc/mobo and will patiently wait til black friday. By that time, we will know alot more about all these new procs, their performance, and pricing. Additionally, we may see i7-7700k's drop in price after the i8 details become more solid with reviews and benchmarks.

Sorta sucks though, when you are itching to upgrade your processor, motherboard, ram and video card.
Patience can be a virtue at times. In the meantime, I'll sit tight with an I5-3570k and GTX 970FTW
:)
