I decided to check it out and see what the game is all about. While its in early access still its overall pretty good but still has lots of bugs and latency issues.  I think the most frustrating part is parachuting in near a building that has nothing in it and then getting killed actually trying to find a weapon. My other gripe is you cannot hear vehicles coming at you until its too late and you're dead.

Just started last night. I am on gigabit connection, never have issues with latency or lag with my internet, and constantly get a bad connection warning from the game. It downloaded almost 7gb in under 2 minutes, but cant connect to the servers. I assume this is a game issue and nothing to do with my connection.

I have noticed the server issue spans to shooting people as well.. pump 10-15 rounds into a person and they just run behind a tree and one shot me. Totally makes sense.

I am trying to give it more time, but it has most of the same issues Arma has. Hopefully they improve it drastically, as I hate buying early access games and then see them get completely ignored... a good example is Ark... That game is absolute garbage.

Yea the hit registration isn't stellar, especially during prime time (5pm-12am est), and the third person view leads to some annoying battles of patience rather than skill. But it's improving very quickly and is definitely a blast to play once you get the hang of it. Maybe try to find some others to play with too :]

I'm not on a gigabit @ home but I've got 250 so its not my connection, the game itself just needs some more infrastructure behind it. The loading time is apparent when everyone spawns @ the being and the game just locks up for about 10 seconds.  I'm still on the fence about the games longevity because it seems whoever gets the rare sniper rifles that spawn and camps always seems to win.  I also think they need to make the map smaller I've died a few times jumping @ one spot and not finding a vehicle to make it to the restricted zone before the timer pops.  Overall its an interesting concept but perhaps I need to try some of the other game modes besides solo queuing.

It's more about consistent latency than bandwidth. Try if you want to investigate that more check out dslreport's speedtest ignore the blufferbloat stuff. They're adding a desert map soon which will be 4x4km, so 1/4th the size of current 8x8km map.

This looks the same as all other sites.  What should I be looking at?

Ran the Line quality/Ping test.  my internet rate 100/100..  so, I will assume the problem is PUBG itself from this point on.

I was thinking about playing it, but as of right now don't have the right computer for it...Is it any good compared to H1Z1? I heard that the developers care a lot more.
