I buy a brand new two EVGA power supply 750G3 and 550GQ in the mid of June 2017. The problem is with the 550GQ, when i turn on my PC, the molex cable that connect into my motherboard is generating smoke, and then burned!!! and the one single line of cable is melted, i turn off my PC, check if my burned new motherboard is still working with another PSU, and I'm really glad that motherboard still working, i really sure that this power supply is defected, so i return it to EVGA distributor in my country, but they refuse to replace my PSU, instead they tell me to post in this forum, what??? is that EVGA Standard Procedure for claiming warranty? post in the forum? I Live in Indonesia, and the distributor is PT Total Teknologi, please resolve my problems.
