I wonder if this is happening to anyone else after the creators update for W10, I have two Titan XP's in sli, I have an ultra-monitor as main and an asus 27" 165hz as secondary, I also have my 4k TV all connected to my first GPU, the moment I turn on my TV my 2nd display "monitor" goes off, not completely off "the backlight is on" but the screen is black, lets say I launched fallout 4 on my main screen "ultrawide", my second display "monitor" automatically goes black.. this is something that has been pissing me off since creators update day 1 release and I still didn't find any fix for it, the only way to fix it when it happens is by going to nvidia control panel, uncheck any of the connected monitors>apply, then check it again>apply.. or I can simply go to the back of my PC and unplug/replug any of the display ports connected to my first GPU "which is what I do mostly to fix this"..

I'm wondering if you guys have similar issue and got it fixed, thanks.

Have you tried a clean reinstall of the Nvidia drivers?
I had different issues after the Creators Update like games not launching/crashing at launch but not yet with multiple displays.

Are you using the "Game mode" or not?

None that I've heard of honestly, I surfed google for hours but none of the articles relate to the issue that I'm having due to how similar subject headlines are compared to mine, I'm sure lots of people are having this issue as well and search engines are giving them a trouble to find an answer.

Unplug the Power Cables from your Monitors and then plug them back in.
Are you Cable VESA Certified, if not you may need to get new Video Cables.
Black Screen Issues on Windows 10 Creator is Very Well Known over on NVIDIA's Website.
You also need to uninstall the Creator Graphics Drivers from Microsoft and Run DDU to clean up. (Make Sure Your Network is OFF)
Then Download the Current Drivers from NVIDIA's Website and install them, Microsoft's Graphics Drivers are incomplete.

My cables are fine, this issue happened right after the minute I updated to the creators update, as for drivers.. I went as far as uninstalling the whole OS, and the issue is still there.

Same issue, started at the same time windows 10 Creator; had it working ok for awhile, and then came the Fall update...  and it's back.

Removed and reinstalled drivers / Clean install, no help...
