Excellent RMA service

We usually use this section of the forum to ask, sometimes to complain...
 
I just wanted to say that I RMA'd a 980 Ti, wich by the way I was not very happy with (because very high temps), and the RMA took only 1 day to be approved. The UPS shipping was quite impressive too, traveling from Germany to Spain in only 1 day, and the next day the box was delivered at home.
 
All questions and support tickets were answered fast (4-5 hours).
 
This kind of service is the key to trust EVGA in future purchases.
