I think the issue is that there is no actual post on the front page saying the issue is being resolved. People see this post title jump in and post saying they also don't have points. As long as you guys are working on it then no issues just expect more panic posts haha.

Well let's hope they push another update soon as I have my points, but I'm still stuck at "not" having them.

Yes manual updates are all they can do. Their hard work and dedication to us, their customers never ceases to amaze me.

It's good to hear that the automated updates were fixed, but today's point update actually dropped me 400k points (from ~3.8 mil to 3.47 mil). Manually tallying up my folding points I should have passed the 4 mil mark. The next point update should catch that difference, but will those points end up going towards next month?

Points should be updating on a regular basis again.
I just checked and I'm down over a million points from where I should be. I was over 4 million around the beginning of this week, but now it's showing me at 3.8 million. I already requested my 2 and 4 million point payout earlier this week when I broke 4 million and got approved, but since the evga website shows me under the 4 million payout option is gone. Is this something I should be concerned about or will it get worked out on its own?

My Points on EVGA's website aer over 4 Million more then what I have done this month to date. 8,135,416 -v- 11,901,567 (EVGA) so Team Members may want to wait before you request your EVGA Bucks another week or so. Please note: Due to data issues from Stanford, it is possible this page will allow you to request folding points that you did not earn. If you do this, you will be denied and you will not be allowed to request those points again. Please be honest when using this page. So this shows their are and have been Point Issues all over the web for a long time now.

Did you check your points on EOC to verify that you did get your point count for the month before requesting? It only takes a few moments to check, and I would definitely suggest verifying before requesting.

You are at 1.6m right now. Don't stop folding just because you requested them. Aim for 4 million and they will probably let you keep them. EVGA is very understanding. Definitely talk with the webmaster and let them know.

Same thing happened to me. I've already sent them an e-mail almost two weeks ago stating what the issues were but haven't heard back or seen any fixes done.

I'm having the opposite problem. I hit 2 million a few days ago (currently 3.5mil) and waited until they posted. I clicked the claim for the first level (2mil / $5) and it flipped to pending. This morning now, I see my total for the month is listed as 1.7 Million....
I'd like to say that while point problems have always been around (I've folded off and on since year 3), Year 10 seems to have definitely been the worst with updates breaking, values being added or subtracted, manual point corrections having to be made, etc. I realize this post may paint a target on my back as someone who is ungrateful or unappreciative of EVGA's generosity with this program (or as someone who isn't dedicated to the cure), but I do feel like this issue has progressively and noticeably gotten worse - especially since year 10 started. And I don't feel like that critique is unreasonable or unjustified.
It might go a long way to appeasing the user base if - in addition to the communication scattered in random posts we receive from the mods - we were to have a locked sticky posted at the top of this forum where we could see updates on issues that have been reported to EVGA, the status updates of those issues, and the resolution and explanation of what was done as a corrective measure. I believe something like this would make it feel less like we have been forgotten about or are a low priority, because it would be an added effort on the Mods and EVGA's part to communicate in a timely and efficient manner about outages, bugs, problems, etc.
