I got a second hand Titan X recently and this weekend I have time to overclock it but just noticed something odd, my max power limit is 110% whereas it's 120% for every Titan X review I read?

I looked at GPU-Z and found the BIOS is 84.00.45.00.90 but techpowerup say it should be 84.00.1F.00.90 So is there an EVGA tool to flash this to the 'correct' BIOS?

Thanks in advance.

If it's an EVGA card, all you need to do is register the card and submit a request for the correct VBIOS from them.

    110% is the correct value.

Note: The vbios for a video card is rarely updated and can differ from one card to another even if it is the same exact model. Various changes in production such as different memory or power management component changes can warrant a different vbios. Also there should be no concerns when sli'ing 2 cards that have a different vbios since you can SLI different manufacturers as long as the GPU and memory capacity is the same.
