What is EVGA doing?
I received the rma but in the box there was only the rad and the pump and the fan
while i did ship 1 month ago the pump, the rad,  the fan but also the metal bar and the turbine.
I just cannot use it as is.
Everyone is praising EVGA for the support, it is the worst I ever had since 20 years.
 

I'm in Europe.
I created another support ticket and got response that they will chase the missing parts,
hopefully this won't take an extra month ..

Generally we recommend not to send any accessories while send in for RMA to avoid any confusion.

To me the accessories were the manual, the screws and so on, but not the main parts,
this was not clear to start with.
 

They just lost my package and don't want to admit it (why would that take 1 month to RMA)...

This is getting ridiculous, I just cannot use the cooler anymore !!!!
I should have taken pictures of the box before I shipped it!

In your RMA shipment we only received the the pump/ radiator unit, there was not shroud/fans or accessories.
The box was also unopened and undamaged when it arrived.
Please understand that our RMA department can only replace the parts that have been send in for the RMA.

It seems there is n hard limit that allows to only buy two cooler in the EU shop.

Sorry about that but the mining currency craze has caused all types of problems with stock.

I'm not lucky, the second hand kit has a problem, the turbine (blower) is s tuck at full speed, 5300 RPM immediately post bios.
Changing the fan speed with msi afterburner has 0 effect.
 
The pump works fine tough.
I'm wondering if I could re-use the blower from a GTX 1070 founder edition to replace the EVGA hybrid kit cooler blower.
