EVGA, care to comment why Avast anti-virus software stopped the downloading of your Precision XOC v6.8.1.exe onto my computer, because it contained "ad-ware/spy ware"?

First Avast alert:
"Threat blocked
Object: https//www.evga.com/EVGA/GeneralDownloading.aspx?file=EVGA_PrecisionX_OC_Setup_v6.8.1.exe&survey=16.1.8 "

Second Avast alert (see attached JPEG screen shot):
"Threat blocked
Object C\Users\Admin\Downloads\EVGA_PrecisionX_OC_Setup_v6.1.8.exe.part"
"Infection
Win32:Adware-gen [Adw]"

Wondering if anyone else has had the same experience.  If this is true, that your software is collecting information other than what graphics cards I have installed and my system specs, and/or also inserting ads or collecting information for the purposes of advertising and selling information to advertisers, I won't use your software anymore.

I look forward to a responce from an EVGA rep.

Says it All  MacAfee shows no issue from the Download Link on EVGA's Website.

Windows Defender Antivirus on Windows 10 shows no issue as well.

It's a false positive, ignore the warning, something in the partially downloaded file is likely triggering some signature detection that is similar to that of some adware.
Since Avast! acquired AVG recently it's very likely for them to have similar detections because they are sharing detection technologies, because AVG is detecting it too.
