My Titan Black has just died.  I got my card from a giveaway event on Warframe devstream.
So, I don't have the purchase invoice required to apply for RMA process.  But I still want to Is there anything I do?

(Currently, I tried to contract Digital Extreme, but I doubt they will have the invoice since it's a giveaway stuff)
