Submitted two requests for Rad Rogers codes, one for a 1070 FTW I purchased months ago that I didn't even know qualified but your site said it qualified and gave me the option and one for the 1080 FTW2 I just bought. Email confirmations I received for both requests were dated June 15th, and said would take 1-3 days to process and be approved. It's now June 22nd and the page says the requests are still being processed. Request notification came from a NoReply address, and there was no other way to follow up, so I'm posting here since it's related to purchasing two 10 series cards.

Look at my join date and ownership history before you try telling me I'm not a real fan of EVGA. I even bought the damn hat.

https://www.evga.com/about/contactus/ is your best bet, but sometimes EVGA techs respond on these forums.

What is not listed there? I see Rad Rogers on that page at that link. If you're referring to the 1070, I sold the 1070 second hand after I bought the 1080, so I removed it from my product list to allow the new owner to file any warranty claim in the future if he needs to. Though I'm not exactly sure the system allows you to see my personal information, like what deals I qualified for or what product I own. But when I follow your link, it takes you to my product page, shows me all the products I've ever bought and registered with EVGA, and the 1080 FTW2 is right at the top with the Destiny2, Superposition and Rad Roger promotions listed right underneath it.

Also, here is a screenshot when of what I see on the Rad Roger page, personal info like device serial number and email obviously removed, but as you can see there are two qualifying cards listed. Those cards are not added by me, they are automatically generated by the website based on my purchase history. If you look at the part numbers you will see they are for a 1070 FTW and a 1080 FTW2. As I bought both cards retail, I am entitled to both codes. Me selling the 1070 after the fact is irrelavent, the code still belongs to me since I am the one who bought it retail to qualify for the code. I just did the right thing by removing it from my registered products so the new owner can benefit from the warranty if they need to. But any actual EVGA employee is still capable of seeing my original purchase, registration and invoice I uploaded for my 1070 FTW purchase.

If you want to see that page for yourself, go to this link https://www.evga.com/articles/01071/rad-rodgers-world-one/ but you won't see the ability to request any codes, like I have in my screenshot, unless you've purchased any qualifying cards. Purchasing and registering a qualifying card automatically generates the ability for you to be able to request a code via that link. I obtained my code for Superposition the exact same way.

You don't need to remove the card from the My products page if you sell it. It doesn't affect a guest RMA on the part of the buyer. You need to contact the evfa webmaster by email to inquire about the code if it's not showing on the offers page.

Yes, if you "No longer own the product" you are supposed to remove it from your registered products. Quoted directly from the details of every product listing you have registered for unregistering products.
"You may do this after a Step-Up, Warranty or if you no longer own the product. EVGA Staff can always see products you have unregistered in case there are any issues or questions." Maybe I didn't have to remove it, but it was the correct thing to do. It also has no impact on me or anything I am trying to do, since "EVGA Staff can always see products you have unregistered in case there are any issues or questions". And I have submitted an email, but posted here because it can often get a quicker response.

If the supply has run out, the promotion page shouldn't be up to accept any more requests. If you've run out of codes, but are still accepting requests for codes, that constitutes an act of fraud on your part. As soon as codes ran out, if they have indeed run out, you needed to stop accepting requests for new codes. And not just leave the page up, keep accepting the requests, but never fill them. I've submitted a ticket via the Contact Us page, but received no confirmation for it. I suggest you go find it and process it. I submitted it under Website and Promotions.
