Hi, 

I have Ordered from a Chinese PCB prototype manufacturer accidently. , It has has 24hours customer service available Live on-site. Low minimum from 1pcs PCB Assembly is accepted and turnkey SMT service are provided. and always deliver within 2-3 days. The service keeps well all the time. I must praise for them and their service. 
And people who are in need of PCB, I recommend it.
