HELP! gtx 970 sli

I have a Evga gtx970 (04G-P4-3973-RX) andhave a friend that would sell me a gigabyte gtx970 windforce. I have looked everywhere and I am not able to find if the two cards will work together or not.. if anyone has any info that would be helpful

    They won't work together unless you run a software hack like this one to force enable sli.
