Odd my 1300 G2 came with 6x 8pin (6+2) and 2x 6pin PCIe Cables.
Specs The GTX 1070 using only one 8-Pin unless you have GTX 1070 FTW Cards.
But with this "(doesn't start if not both plugs are connected)" and 6 Graphics Cards you should be running Two Power Supplies.
With each card pulling 215 Watts (Total 1290 Watts) that only gives you 10 Watts for the rest of your hardware. you are going to overheat the PSU.
"The cards will run with reduced voltage so max. 140-150 Watt power needed per card." How are you going to Control this?
What are you running on 6 Graphics Cards?
You should have gotten a

EVGA SuperNOVA 1200 P2, 80+ PLATINUM 1200W, Fully Modular, EVGA ECO Mode, 10 Year Warranty, Includes FREE Power On Self Tester Power Supply 220-P2-1200-X1This what I got when shopping for a Power Supply that would support 5 or more GPU's 2 Cables Per GPU
I have some 1300 G2's as well and use them for 3 GPUs using 2 Cables Per GPU as well.
I just gave away all my extra cables so I cannot help you out.
