At least that's what I think is happening but it's not registering in PrecisionX. I haven't actually concluded that something is setting GPU2 to primary or if the drivers/software somehow thing GPU2 is actually GPU1.
As I sit here right now with Precision open, the top card is highlighted, indicating that it's selected as primary and the cards are linked. If I open the settings and change the LED for GPU1 it changes the LEDs for the GPU in PCIE slot 2. When benchmarking/playing games that have unequal loads, GPU2 is indicated on the OSD as getting most of the usage. The only way I've found to temporarily correct this is disabling SLI, change a setting on the card(LED color is enough) and re-enabling SLI. I may get 2-3 or more boots where everything is as it should be but once the problem happens it doesn't go back. Here's a couple of pics explaining:
I've tried completely removing PrecisionX and reinstalled the latest drivers using DDU. Yes my Monitor is connected to the top GPU on the first DP.
