My question remains, for people who have purchased directly from EVGA, in the software bundles page it shows Destiny 2, but it redirects you to the landing page where you can not claim anything at all.

This may be part of Why Amazon USA Stopped NVIDIA Promotions because the made exceptions an got their hands slapped.
Newegg is going to get slammed now by anyone who bought a card and demand an exception.
Sometimes best not to post about exceptions.

Do you forget do this Product Registration and then click on My Products on your new card is it listed now?
Have you contacted Contact Customer Service or Email Customer Service for Assisting You, The Correct way of asking for Assistants or Support that is.

That may be true but Newegg is not my first choice anymore and hasn't been for a long time.  Also the exception in my opionion is bs because the Nvidia promotion page states "Game code offer good beginning June 13, 2017 through June 27, 2017 or while supplies last." and my whole argument with Newegg was that I purchased the qualified card within the time frame specified. Therefore it wasn't an exception but honoring the promotion as outlined.

I got my 1080 Ti FTW 3 Elite card on the first of June. It's really annoying to have missed the promo by just 5 days, especially after spending £800 on the card and having to wait two weeks for it to arrive, because the EU shipments of the Elite cards were delayed...

The communication from EVGA regarding they delays was surprisingly poor.

If you think of it EVGA gave us 7 Days More than NVIDIA shows on their site. (on or after June 6, 2017 from EVGA.com)
Your Time stated as you said two weeks before the 1st so you had to of ordered your card around the 15th of May.
You still should check here https://eu.evga.com/articles/01112/destiny-2-game-ready/ to make sure. 
Game code offer good beginning June 13, 2017 through June 27, 2017 or while supplies last.

I feel with you, got my ftw3 elite on 1st. June, too. I do not think I'll ever pre-order anything again. The fact that EVGA do not make exceptions is already more than annoying. I spend more then 1100 Euros into the new hardware (GPU/PSU), and no approaching...

"EVGA is making no exceptions"... except the 7 day exception evga is already making.

You can't make the whole world happy. Some people just need to be bothered when they don't fall in line with nvidia's plans. Just let them be upset.

I did not get a key for ghost recon, I did not get a key for Destiny 2, I only bought GPUs from EVGA for years (always high end stuff)

EVGA doesn't control nvidia promotions. No matter what you buy, Nvidia sets the guidelines.

that is the reason why I appreciate EVGA like this. But this time, I am more than disappointed. If I want to keep my customers happy, I would definitive do something.

Consider it rude, but people are upset because they didn't get the game. I understand.. people need to vent, and there is absolutely no reason to question or tell them to stop venting. Anytime people get upset, they vent, so let them stay upset until they are happy and have it out of their system. Consider it want you want, but the other option is to tell people to stop posting and let it go... or something like that. I would rather just inform and let people be upset at nvidia for not releasing promotions at timely intervals or keeping them closer together.

People shouldn't complain about not getting a promotion they aren't eligible for. Great customer service doesn't extend that far imho. The ghost recon/for honor thing was different. I'm not impressed with that customer service experience. It was clearly indicated that we still qualified for out preorders several times by official reps of EVGA. Treating it all as exceptions to the rule was disingenuous at best. The Destiny 2 promo is just sour grapes and buyers remorse. Of course it is stupid not to offer it to people within the return period, but hardly qualifies as a customer service issue otherwise.

Not missing much of anything. First one sucked.


I wouldn't say it sucked but it didn't really hit the high notes people expected from the company that made Halo.  While it wasn't the knock out hit that people wanted the game was far from horrible.

Even though I have had issues and gripes about Destiny, I have definitely enjoyed my time with the game. I have somewhere around 20 days play time on my hunter alone, primarily from PvP. I've been thinking about building a new system for some time, with a 10 series card. This just makes it even better. Probably gonna wait til a bit after X299 rolls out to pull the trigger, though. Might still go with Z270, not sure.
