Having unusual high speed of fan running on 750G2

So, I just installed my own computer, and the power which is 750G2 drives me crazy.. it is running high speed (fan) and making loud noise when i using it... I didnt even play any games when i am using the computer... and also I search the way to control it, but theres nothing out there which i can fix this wired problem....
is this mean the power has some problem with it?
or is there any other way that i can control the fan speed?

    I am sorry to hear that. Does the sound make a grinding type noise? Is there a ticking?
