Once you have submitted your request on the Step-Up page, EVGA will assign you a queue number and also email you confirming that they have received your request.

I have done this but no number has been assigned. It states that I am in the queue and what I will have to pay when it is time. I remember stepping up in the 500 series years ago and we were posting our queue numbers in the step up thread to compare how far along they were but I notice no one doing this currently. So I am guessing this is functioning as intended for me and things have changed regarding the issuance of queue numbers?

They do not assign visible queue numbers. That practice was stopped almost 2 years ago. The queue number is visible only to EVGA.

Thank-you ....It has been several years since I have been messing with pc's . Now that my boys are old enough to appreciate a good gaming machine I have been drawn back into it.
