They took me out of que for step up?

I've been in que for nearly two weeks for evga's step up, today I checked the status only to see I've been removed from the que?
 
What is going on?

    I'm guessing that it's a bug, or you didn't upload your invoice.

    There's some back-end issues being worked on with the site right now. Some things like RMAs and Step-ups may not be showing correct information at this time. If you're already in the queue, you're fine, and the site should be back to full operation soon.

    Oh gosh. That scared me! I should have known as there was some delay loading various pages on the sight.

    I had problems loading the profile and products part of the website this morning but didn't say anything because I thought it would be related to some work on the website back-end.
